It is of great significance to investigate the rising behavior a bubble in immiscible fluids chemical and metallurgical engineering. A 3-D model established free-floating single (water-heavier liquid biodiesel-lighter liquid) numerically simulated by phase-field method. After fluctuation certain distance, tends be stable. takes more time for larger reach stable shape than smaller one. The terminal aspect ratio bubble, ET, with same size heavier that lighter liquid. With increase size, ET becomes small both Comparing vortex diagrams different shapes shows maximum intensity direction which extends. When passes through liquid-liquid interface, it will form ?pear?, ?inverted pear?, ?convex?, ?water drop? successively.
